Fantastic venue with super clean and well-stocked restrooms. The presence of TONS of police made me feel extremely comfortable, being there alone with my 9-year-old son. Each merchandise station was well stocked and had plenty of people working, making the lines go quickly. The lines were very long, but that is to be expected at an event.
My only complaint was about the venue rules. I traveled 6 hours to go to the event, I am not local, and had never been to this venue before. I had no idea there was a bag size restriction. I walked almost a mile, in the pouring down rain, from the parking garage only to be told EXTREMELY rudely that my bag was too big. I understand why there are size restrictions but wish I would have been made aware I could only carry a small bag in with me.
We had a great time overall and would definitely come back to this venue, now that we know our bags can’t be over a certain size.
